The Museum of Buford is open every day from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. We are located at 101 S Sandusky Street, Buford, GA 30518. We are conveniently located just 2 blocks from the intersection of I-85 and Georgia Highway 173, and about 10 minutes from the Atlanta airport. So, whether you are in the area for a quick trip, or are visiting for the long term, you’ll find something fun and interesting at the Museum of Buford! The Museum of Buford offers a wide variety of activities for visitors of all ages. The Bakery Art Studio (open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM) offers a variety of fun art activities for children and adults alike. You can also enjoy one of our free Horseshoe demonstrations or play in one of our free game rooms. The Museum also hosts special events like Trick-or-Treating, Storytime, and Camp Buford, as well as seasonal programs such as the Spring into Summer program during the month of May. Visitors of all ages can also enjoy a visit to the Museum Store, where they can browse the selection of Buford-themed souvenirs, books, and items that are perfect for any home.
