Located on the eastern shores of the Lake Sidney Lanier in Northern Georgia, the Old Federal Campground offers campground buffs the perfect mix of old fashioned camping, and modern conveniences. The campground boasts 65 campsites with hookups, two picnic shelters, restrooms and a dump station. The aptly named Old Federal Pointe is located in Hall County, Georgia. The hamlet is a short hop from nearby Green Meadows and Scotts Cove, but is also only a stone’s throw away from the plethora of recreation opportunities on the Georgia side of the state line. The nearby cities of Gainesville and Braselton provide ample opportunity for tourists to make the most of their time on Georgia’s eastern shore.
